About town of Glenville, New York​​​​​​​

The Town of Glenville is found north of the Mohawk River in Schenectady County with a population of over 29,000 people.  The Village of Scotia is found within the Town of Glenville.  


The Town of Glenville is serviced by four public school districts.  Principally, the Scotia-Glenville Central School District, the Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Central School District, The Greater Amsterdam School District and the Niskayuna Central School District.


The Town of Glenville offers many recreational outlets including a dog park, an ice rink and three community parks with a 1/3 of a mile hiking trail for children called "Story Trail at Indian Meadows".
