About the Village of Voorheesville, New York​​​​​​​

The Village of Voorheesville, New York is located within the Town of New Scotland in Albany County.  It's population is nearly 2,800 people.  

The Village of Voorheesville is serviced by the Voorheesville Central School District which consists of one elementary school and a high school.  There is a separate wing in the high school which is reserved for middle school students.  


The Village of Voorheesville offers a Summer Recreation Program for children in grades K - 6 for five weeks during the summer.  Additionally, the Village of Voorheesville has three community recreational parks.


The Village of Voorheesville also presents an annual Memorial Day Parade.
